Redfern Hemp Co. are manufacturers of high-quality hemp goods. If you with to become a re-seller of Redfern’s high quality hemp goods, you will need to do two things.
- The first thing you need to do is to complete & submit a wholesale order form. One of our sales people will follow-up with you. Be sure to have your business’s EIN number available, because without this we cannot exempt your from sales tax.
- As of Nov. 15, 2024, Retailers selling hemp product must register with the State. Below are the details about this new regulation, as well as, a link to the ‘Hemp Product Retail Facility Registration Application.‘
Retail Facility Registration
Beginning November 15, 2024, VDACS will require registrations of entities who wish to offer for sale regulated hemp products intended for human consumption (orally or by inhalation). Pursuant to ยง 3.2-4122. Regulated hemp product retail facility registration; fee., no person shall offer for sale or sell at retail (i) a regulated hemp product or (ii) a substance intended for human consumption, orally or by inhalation, that is advertised or labeled as containing an industrial hemp-derived cannabinoid without a regulated hemp product retail facility registration.
In order to offer for sale a regulated hemp product in Virginia after November 15, 2024, you must submit the Regulated Hemp Product Retail Facility Registration Application to VDACS.
Mailed in applications must be submitted with a check or money order.
Electronic applications will be accepted for payments made electronically.
